Fur-collared B3 and B-10 bombers, RAF-style flight jackets, a distressed tan cafe racer, a brown biker with a shirt collar, quilted lambskin down puffers and a lightweight goatskin jacket lined in blue chambray. Most of the cold-weather styles pair an artificial fur lining with a belted fur collar, so read the lining line on each product before you buy.

How to choose. For deep winter, start with the bomber jackets or the shearling and fur-lined jackets: sheepskin feels soft and warm, while cowhide is thicker and stiffer at first. Each jacket is cut and sewn after you order, which takes 1–3 business days. Delivery within the US then takes 2–4 business days.

Which leather is warmest for winter?

Warmth comes mostly from the lining and collar rather than the hide. For the coldest months, pick a style with an artificial fur lining and a fur collar; sheepskin feels softer, while cowhide is heavier and more rugged.
