Returns & Exchanges

Unworn pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Condition

Returned pieces must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, in the condition you received them, with any tags still attached.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number and the piece you want to return. We reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back before we have replied.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by you, unless the piece arrived damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered.

Refunds

Once the piece reaches us and we have checked it, we refund the price of the piece to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Your bank may take a few business days to show the refund.

Exchanges

Because every piece is made to order, we don't swap sizes directly: return the piece and place a new order in the size you need.

Damaged, faulty or wrong pieces

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, email us within the return window with your order number and photos. We will repair, replace or refund it, and we cover the return shipping.
