This Static Shock jacket is inspired by Virgil Hawkins from Static Shock, cut as a hooded coat in blue and black cotton. It wears open at the front, so the color blocking shows from every angle.

For a Static Shock costume, add a white tee, baggy cargo pants and chunky sneakers. For everyday wear, it works over a grey hoodie with black joggers, or over a crewneck with dark jeans on the walk to class.
